BHADERWAH , MAY 29 (KNO) : A man was ruthlessly beaten in Trishankili Goat forest area of Bhaderwah by a group of men over some forest land dispute falling within the jurisdiction of police Station Bhaderwah .

“Raiz Ahmed (38) son of Sher Mohd , a resident of Village Basti Bhaderwah , was stabbed brutally with sharp edged weapons and beaten with sticks by some miscreants, whom he had some forest land dispute over the grazing of sheeps and goats.

“The seriously injured man was immediately rushed to Government Hospital Bhaderwah . But in view of his serious condition doctors at Bhaderwah hospital doctors referred him to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where a surgery was performed on the injured man where condition of the injured was stated to be critical when the last reports came in.Bhaderwah police registered FIR 77 / 2018 u/s 341 , 307 RPC but when last reports came in no arrest was made .

Brother and father of injured person namely Ayaz Ahmed and Sher Mohd alleged that police is shielding miscreants and conspirators who belongs to Basti area of Bhaderwah and demanded intervention of DGP , IGP and SSP Doda for justice .
